Mr. Wire is an avid basketball player, music lover and world explorer. He loves to play pick-up basketball and is also on a competitive adult league team. He owned a promotion/production company for 10 years in LA throwing music events all over the city and is still passionate about all types of music. Every year he loves to adventure to new areas of the world to see all the beauty it has to offer.

Ms. Tan has been assisting her families real estate investment properties in its oversight and management of real estate including making appointments and dealing with day to day property management operations. She is well versed in sales and customer service due to her extensive experience in real estate management.

Previous to real estate, Ms. Tan has been actively involved in sales and customer service positions including Pharmacy Technician and Office Manager for a busy physician office. She is also well versed in the sales and marketing aspects of IVF (invitro fertilization) and understands the privacy and needs of high net worth clients.

To better assist her clients, Ms. Tan is fully proficient in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Taishanese. Her linguistic talents can allow her to better assist her clients domestically or from East Asia. Upon immigrating from China, Ms. Bai understands the needs and wants for new immigrants and locals alike. Ms. Bai received her Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English and is ready, willing and able to assist you in any California real estate commercial and residential, sales, leasing and management transactions.

He treats every client with a keen attitude which allows him to have a multitude of new and returning clients who look to his professional advice on which properties to purchase and sell. 

Prior to real estate, Mr. Li has held occupations in the hospitality industry which properly trained him to ensure ultimate client satisfaction. Mr. Li is not native to California as he is originally from Beijing, China but attended high school in Lake Elsinore, California.

Originally from China, Ms. Wang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. Overcoming challenges of an international student, she excelled socially and academically as she earned her bachelor’s degree in Management Science and Accounting with Honors from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and was Vice President and Event Planner of the Chinese Students and Scholars Association on campus.

Ms. Wang continued to further her studies at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and earned her master’s degree in Accounting (MAcc).

Ms. Wang is actively pursuing her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and the State of California, Department of Real Estate salesperson license fueled by her passion to learn.

On her spare time, Ms. Wang enjoys working out, cooking, and baking.

He is a lifelong resident of the city and county of San Francisco. He experienced firsthand the booming real estate market and the tech startups that surround the Bay Area. He is keen to note ideal investment properties with a very attractive capitalization rate. He further has experience in real estate development projects in San Francisco’s South of Market area. Lastly, He has flipped multiple homes to rent and  sell in various markets.

He attended school at the City College of San Francisco (CCSF) while being a diligent property management for commercial and residential properties. This allowed him to fund the tuition for the University of California, Irvine (UCI) where he earned a Biomedical Engineering, Bachelors of Science degree. Mr. Goavec currently is branch manager of the Northern California office.

After graduation from San Marino High School, he went to community college at Pasadena City College and eventually transferred to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he earned his Bachelors of Arts degrees in History and Political Science. Mr. Ran always wanted to achieve a graduate degree and after a few years into his real estate career decided to pursue his law degree part time. It was undoubtedly no easy feat but he persevered. He graduate with a professional Juris Doctor law degree from Abraham Lincoln University, School of Law in August of 2018.  Mr. Ran is eligible and will sit for the California General Bar Examination to become an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California.
