As a San Marino High School , Pasadena City College,  University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) graduate, and a Juris Doctor graduate at Abraham Lincoln University School of Law, I understand that the most important thing is integrity. I must do my best to ensure that all required items are properly disclosed to all affected parties to allow a smooth and carefree transaction.

Native in English and fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese, I also assist many buyers from China and Taiwan. My father, who has 32 years of experience, works alongside with me to ensure that I am providing my clients with the utmost service and support.
